Rare is a 2.56 lb platinum ribeye steak encrusted with 216 carats of hand-set gemstones, including 78 carats of natural colorless diamonds and 138 carats of vivid red rubies. More than 12,000 individually set stones make it both an exercise in meticulous craftsmanship and unapologetic excess.
